Skeeter Branch "Butterfly Duck" simple steps to a great treat 1. Butterfly duck breasts 2. Marinate 8-10 hours in zesty Italian dressing 3. Place in each breast a slice of cream cheese and 1/4 of a pod of jalapeno pepper, cut length wise 4. Wrap breast with a slice of bacon 5. Place breast(s) on grill 6.
