Requirements:
Skeeter Branch operates under shooting preserve commercial license # 30034. Hunters are now required to have a $12 GA shooting preserve permit. Hunters that have a GA hunting license are not required to purchase the permit and hunters 16yr and younger are not required.
No State or Federal stamp is required to hunt. You can purchase the permit at Georgiawildlife.com or at Skeeter Branch upon arrival. We insist that our birds be hunted with respect, requiring that hunters limit themselves to one box of ammunition (25 count). This box limit applies regardless of bird limit package.
We also require # 5 shot or larger, preferably #2's or #4's, in tungsten, bismuth, heavy shot or steel.
Absolutely no lead shot.
Please bring a hunting mask and hip boots or waders. A face mask can be provided at low cost if needed.
